Radiate Motivate started in 2015 and went through some changes from IMAAP, Unique Moetivation to now Radiate Motivate. Monique spent Years taking the time to understand the direction Radiate was going to take. The mutual goal of empowering others has always been the focus. 2019 Radiate Motivate held its first conference in Whittier, California. Now the next step is to roll out Genuine Groups as well as expand Confidence Conferences throughout Los Angeles area.
Monique has successfully navigated personal trauma, abuse, addiction, and life-threatening situations through her own lived experiences. She has utilized her pain as a source of inspiration to overcome adversity and achieve success against all odds. In 2021, Monique earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University. With over 20 years of volunteer experience, Monique has facilitated workshops in transition homes and worked with homeless individuals. Her 15 years of management experience have been channeled towards her passion for uplifting people during difficult times through her motivational business. Monique's perspective on motivation is informed by a lifetime of tools that she has acquired and utilized during her darkest moments to manifest positive experiences. As someone who has undergone a personal transformation, Monique is eager to collaborate with individuals seeking to reach their next level.
Keefe Wright has played a pivotal role in transforming Radiate Motivate from a vision into a thriving reality. As CFO, he has not only provided steadfast financial leadership but has also been instrumental in seizing opportunities to expand our reach and impact. His dedication goes beyond numbers, Keefe actively engages in networking and strategic partnerships, helping position Radiate Motivate for growth and sustainability. His commitment and leadership continue to guide our organization to the next level.
Reecee is a professional therapist specializing in marriage and child counseling, with a particular focus on individuals struggling with addiction. Since embarking on her journey in 2009, Reecee has made significant progress in assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds, employing her uplifting words and empathetic approach. She recognizes the importance of meeting individuals at their current stage and guiding them towards personal growth beyond their comfort zones, enabling them to fulfill their true potential. Reecee possesses extensive expertise as a Reiki healer, tarot reader, and energy healer. Additionally, she has showcased her talent as a Battle Rapper for six years, performing on various renowned stages across cities such as New York, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Miami. Throughout her life, Reecee has demonstrated remarkable resilience in the face of adversity, overcoming obstacles through her wisdom and unwavering faith.
Coach T. has a collegiate background, having played for Cal State University of Los Angeles, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. Following her college career, she went on to play in the women's Premier Soccer League for Rampage FC and LAFC, as well as internationally for F.C. Girona, a Division 1 women's professional team in Spain. Additionally, she holds a USSF 'B" national coaching license. Coach T. furthered her education by earning a Masters of Science degree in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific. Currently, she resides in Whittier and fulfills the roles of a wife and mother to two children. Despite her familial responsibilities, she remains actively involved in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, where she has achieved the rank of blue belt.
